What is the best low carb protein powder to have after exercise and where can I buy it from?

Im looking for a low carb protein powder that I can have of a night time after soccer training when its too late to have a meal. Mainly its just cardio training.
But also it would be handy to use in the afternoons before dinner as I run 5km's. Maybe it would help limit the amount of food Im eating at dinner also.
Ive used IsoWhey before and I think it was ok, but who knows. There are so many powders and supplements out there that I just have no clue on which one to choose.
Any help would be appreciated.
